In our first module we'll focus on mindful eating techniques to help us become more in tune with our body's natural signals. This is important for weight management and eating the right amounts for optimal energy.

Learn how to set yourself up for the most successful week ahead. This is the most important part for creating truly sustainable habits! 

MODULE 3

BUILDING A BALANCED MEAL

 Do you know your body's nutritional requirements? In this module you'll be taught exactly how to create a balanced meal that incorporates the 3 macronutrient groups so you can ensure you're eating tasty and satisfying meals all day long.

MODULE 4

THE ALL OR NOTHING MINDSET + LIMITING BELIEFS

The all or nothing mindset can hold people back from creating a healthy and balanced lifestyle that they can sustain. This module explores why we adopt this thinking and how we can move forward into balance.

MODULE 5

THE IMPORTANCE OF PROTEIN

Proteins are the building blocks of our lean tissues and most women are under eating this vital macronutrient! In this module, you'll learn how to include more lean protein in your everyday diet.

MODULE 6

MEASURING PROGRESS

Unfortunately for a lot of women, they have their worth tied to a number on the scales (and beautiful, you are so much more than this!). In this module we explore the different ways in which you can see the progress you're making without tracking calories and weight.

EATING FOR THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE 

As women, our bodies move through a cycle each and every month. Eating and moving in alignment with your menstrual cycle can have the power to unlock improvements in energy, vitality, mood and so much more.
