Meet Coach Madison


Qualified Non-Clinical Nutrition Advisor and Certified Personal Trainer.

Madison is the founder of BBM and is a dedicated and passionate women’s health and wellness coach who was inspired to help women create sustainable lifestyles after feeling unbalanced in her own wellness journey. She understands the importance of support and guidance and has made it her mission to provide women with the tools and encouragement she once lacked.

With a diploma in Nutrition and certification as a personal trainer, Madison has worked with over 500 women, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. Her approach is rooted in the belief that saying yes to all foods, moving to feel good, and prioritising personal development are key to a balanced and fulfilling life. She firmly believes that with the right advice and a supportive community by your side, anything is possible.

In addition to her coaching, Madison hosts wellness retreats designed to provide a transformative experience for participants. These retreats focus on holistic wellness, offering a space for women to connect, rejuvenate, and find balance.

Madison is also the host of the 'Find Your Balance' podcast, where she shares insights, tips, and interviews with experts in the wellness field. The podcast covers a range of topics related to health, fitness, and personal growth, providing listeners with valuable information and inspiration to support their wellness journeys.

Madison’s unique philosophy and compassionate approach have made her a trusted guide in the wellness community. She continues to inspire and empower women to live their best lives, grounded in health, happiness, and self-love. 


Meet Coach Katie


Internationally Certified Holistic Life Coach & Mind-Body Practitioner, Bachelor of Social Work

Katie is an Empowerment and Mindset Coach who works with women to uncover, challenge and change the limiting beliefs which are holding them back from living their most fulfilled, bold and brilliant life.

With 20 years experience as a Social Worker, Katie has devoted her career to supporting clients to identify solutions for their own life so that they can overcome the challenges they face with resilience, courage and optimism. This work is coupled with her expertise in leadership, keynote speaking opportunities, facilitation of workshops and online webinars.

Through these experiences, Katie felt called to work more closely with women who experience ongoing struggles with negative inner self talk and limiting beliefs and partnered with BBM in 2023 as their resident Mindset Coach. Katie continues to provide support to women through both 1:1 and group coaching and is a regular Podcast guest on “Find Your Balance”.

Through Katie's coaching, she offers a range of practical tools and techniques to enhance awareness of the power of the conscious and subconscious mind so that women are able to upgrade their sense of fulfilment in their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and live an authentic, inspired and enriched life.


Meet Coach Ash


Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Female Health & Performance Coach.

Ashleigh is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Female Health & Performance Coach with a passion for empowering women to live in harmony with their unique rhythms and cycles. Her specialisation in training and nutrition for women’s menstrual cycles stems from her personal journey overcoming heavy periods, endometriosis, and fatigue.

Since joining BBM in 2021 as an assistant coach, she has had the privilege of supporting over 200 clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. Her approach includes 1:1 coaching, group coaching, online masterclasses, and appearances on the Find Your Balance podcast. As BBM has grown, so has her role, evolving into an Operations Manager where she oversees admin, client support, and business development. Her guilty pleasures include organisation and the meticulous crafting of a good spreadsheet.

For too long, women have been training and living like ‘small men,’ ignoring the internal rhythms that set them apart. Her goal is to educate and empower women to embrace these cycles, using them to their advantage rather than working against them. She advocates for a balanced approach to nutrition, steering clear of deprivation and restriction.

Ashleigh is dedicated to helping women become the best versions of themselves, believing that everyone deserves a healthy, happy, and balanced life. This can be achieved through sustainable lifestyle changes tailored to each individual, focusing on the foundational pillars of health: moving the body, nourishing the body, improving mindset, and reducing stress.

It's important to remember that whilst this is a 12 week program designed to help you Bloom, the true transformation only comes when you put in the effort. And the more you put in, the more you'll get out!

And if you're worried about falling behind, don't stress! We have built in an integration week at the end of each module so you can use this time to catch up if you need. We'll also be hosting a Q&A session at the end of each module so if you have any questions, you'll have the opportunity to ask your Coaches.
